People want to stand out, to be different. I see it said lots.
I also see women telling men they need to stand out. Whilst I agree that yes, people need to be unique to stand out what most people fucking forget or simply don't take the time to appreciate is this.
There's 1 you in this world.

If that's not unique then what is?!
So, be yourself and eventually whatever your quirk is, whatever element of YOU that is different from everyone else roaming this planet will be noticed by someone or someone's who find that something wonderful, interesting, enticing and in some cases, downright fucking sexy.
Don't try to be what you think others want.
Don't try to "fit in" to the point you blend in. If you fit you fit. The spectrum of folk here and in the outside world is so diverse that actually everyone fits, it may just take time to find your tribe, the same as everything.
Just be authentic. That's the truest and most loving thing you could do for yourself and for others. |

I agree with you Peach, though would add there's nothing wrong with being average. The majority of us are average at most things. I sometimes think we're aiming to being spectacular in life, and miss out on what we actually have which is pretty darn good. |

Authenticity.
You're a wise, soft, not mouldy, Peach. You're never going to appeal to everyone so why not just be you? A lot less effort that way. Plus I've found the best people for me by not trying to hide away from my "quirks". |

Exactly!
I know full well I'm average at shit loads. But my combination of averages is different from everyone else's averages.

Course I ruddy do!
Can still be skew wiff in the noggin department and aim for self improvement. That self improvement effort could be the something that endears you to others.
That's what people forget. It could be anything at all. |

It's hard as obviously you want someone to reply to a message, so you automatically try to appeal to them and stand out a bit from the crowd, which can actually make you look nuts or desperate. I've written loads of messages then deleted them at the last minute once I've read them back and thought wow that doesn't read well!!! |

I know I really didn't take it that way at all.
It was me just saying that we are all everything we are. And whilst that may not appeal to all, in some cases it may appeal to very VERY few, that's OK. |
