After seeing a bit of negativity on the forums I thought I’d try and spread a little positivity, it’s been a real pleasure chatting with some of you since I joined and I hope to continue with those friendships, I hope everyone has a fantastic day and is wearing a smile today  |

My household has just contracted Covid for the first time since the pandemic began. Sorry to be a downer on your positivity thread, but I guess in a way that is a bit of “positive” news isn’t it? A positive LFT  |

Liking your positive attitude. There is so much doom and gloom in life these days that I try to look for the positives in each day in the simple things, such as watching the beautiful sunrise as I drive to work.
Appreciating what we have is a really positive thought we can all try and do. |

Just to add on to this.
Positivity can be one of the absolute worst things you can do for somebody that is in a negative downward spiral. It is a far more dangerous thing that people tend to realise and often endnup handling situations in the wrong way. |
