So, it’s day 3 since I moved to my new little doll house, and I wanted to share with y’all , who probably don’t care about it , but I will anyway, my thoughts on the matter

It all started pretty badly a few days before my move, I cried and cried and cried cos I was stressed with the whole move thingy (I find it too stressful, like did I pack everything? - I clearly didn’t because I left one of my fave glass coffee cups behind) also seeing the new flat empty made me feel even worse. Cos it just looked so bare.

Anyway, fast forward to that evening, and I am LOVING IT. You guys were right, I know it’s early days maybe in a month I’ll be crying my eyes out cos I feel lonely!

Omg, the place looks like a bomb went off cos I’m still getting all my junk sorted BUT. It’s my own place, I had this sudden realisation that it’s my little castle and I don’t have to answer to anybody but me ( I meaaaan. At least within my 4 walls )

Pros:

- it is the right size for 1 person, it feels like I’m in control. Easy to clean and all

-the area I wanted it to be. Like got a bus stop downstairs and tube is 5 mins walk if that.

-I’m currently sitting by one of the huge windows that overlooks a trafficated cute road, and I’m drinking coffee. Looking at planes go past, and people watch. Like my fave activity!!! Checking out all the cute guys who walk by , from my ivory tower also builders across the street, there was a fittie with blonde hair. Like hello!!!

-I can keep it as clean or as messy as I want.

- my heating is off and it’s 22C inside. I have a solarium in my bedroom when the sun is out (my 2 bedroom windows are like 7ft tall)

-I think there’s one hot neighbour who lives upstairs

-I feel like Emily in Paris

cons:

-NONE AS OF YET!!

and that is all, kids!

thank the lord I’m all alone !!!! anyway, need to get ready as I have a day of Laser removal top and going shopping!! (I have to stop at Miu Miu for a pick up, cos my expensive ass needed a treat)

Have a lovely day y’all

.

Treat yo'self, you deserve it.

If you see Francis, snap a photo. Be that creepy one in the window.

Most of all, enjoy it and make sure you get it christened soon.

P.S Cook was an absolute babe. I had a real thing for Freddie and Emily.

I’d have let Cook do anything to me. He just had that cunty vibe that I can’t seem to resist

Freddie was also a cutie!!!

This calls for a celebration!! So happy you're settled and loving it. I remember moving out of my childhood home but it was in with my husband and I hated it. I hate the stress of moving (it was only 8 miles and from one bedroom to a whole house but jesus haha), the logistics, the where should I put things (I'm still moving things 6 years later and Mr absolutely fucking hates it )

Lolsss at you STILL moving things

I know what you mean, the stress of moving is just too much. Can’t fucking stand it

The guy who did my move (don’t know if you followed the saga of the controversial thread from the other day ), offered more help in the house, if I needed it , haha total cutie

Thanks! I was so worried that it’d take me a lot of times to get used to it, but I got used to it pretty much straight away

Glad you're happy in your new home. I'm sure you'll have many on here to turn to if you get lonely.

As a guy who had lived for two decades on my own, you will get lonely. But all emotions eb and flow, so don't get caught up on one single emotion. Ask for company and I'm sure you'll be lonely no more.

All the best with your new home.
