I've tried lots of apps and found them too difficult to operate. Cant exactly give this tech problem to the kids o sort, like I do everything else

You can add pixels through edit on the photo.

Or if its a video you can edit a section of the video.

Theres probably a more advanced way to do it but it did the job for me to cover my tattoos.
