I think you'll find that company H&S are a good addition until a employee is injured or its an expensive modification for the business. From there, it's all about stopping the claim or riddor. |

Top heavy management that just delegate adding to the workload with unrealistic timelines. Any business must realise they're wasting a lot of money on management and not on the employees who do the work.

So you don't want your bins collecting, roads mended, children being looked after when their parents are unsafe, nobody to investigate those who abuse children or the elderly... your local council will do many useful things. |
