What's that saying..The enemy of my enemy is my friend
I was just watching a film and a word I hadn't heard in ages came up.
Parley- It was said as in a truce between enemies for a common goal.
Has there ever been a time when this has been applicable for you?
I was curious as to what kind of situations you might find yourself in to use it.
Would you ever trust an enemy even fir a minute?

In divorce agreements nowadays but its origins are French, mainly used by pirates in 1650's (Henry Morgan, Black Bart, William Kidd and later Blackbeard) |
