"A potato ricer. I still think it's a good idea but it was a faff to use and made such a mess with bits of potato everywhere. We'll stick to our potato masher and brute strength I think " I bought one of those too, think it's only been used a few times. |

One of those balance boards for exercising on. My sense of balance is rubbish so I thought, during lockdown, I’d try to improve it and get a few work outs in at the same time. Fell off it a few times and lost the will to try anymore. I may give it another go, sometime …. |

"Sandwich toaster.
Try a panini press so much easier to clean as both surfaces are flat"
I stick mine I a toast bag, even better and can be used in a normal toaster too as long as it has wide slots |

Don’t give up on the ricer! I’ve got one and as long as you don’t overload it, you end up with the fluffiest mash ever. Problem with a masher is that if you keep mashing til all the links are gone, the spud is starting to turn to glue. With the ricer it gets mashed once, properly, and only once. |

"A road bike (pushbike) my god it was boring. Its sat on the wall in the garage after two rides. Anyone after a Cannondale?
"
Did you remember to dress in Lycra from head to toe when you went out for a spin?
I got stopped by the police last summer for going out in a pair of shorts and a t shirt. |

A helicopter, couldn't afford the road transport fee from deepest darkest Wales, luckily was able to sell it on and lost no money on it.
Yes was one those stupid ebay purchases that should have another button that makes you slap yourself before pressing buy now |

"A salad spinner to dry washed lettuce ect.."
That’s pretty good going. How did you end up buying that?
I am slightly overpowered in the kitchen department, spent a few years buying really good German knives and a particularly good Japanese one that sits on its own stand. I only use about 3 of them. |

Smart scales. Meant to calculate weight, muscle mass, body fat percentage, BMI, metabolic age etc. Used it a handful of times because I realised after a couple of uses that I actually don't give a shit about any of that |

Possibly. For a leisurely pootle around the block you need specialist shoes, loads of Lycra, and wraparound sunglasses. The good news is that then nobody will recognise you. |
