Or do you just think fuck it, easier to put it all in the dryer ?

It’s got to be cheaper than radiators with the current cost of gas hasn’t it ?

I need to know the answer , it has to all get fine today

Dryer, we've got more strong winds coming so it might blow away, then you'll have to go and knock on your neighbours door and ask for your smalls back

I've just stood outside wet as an experiment, I did dry off a little but it was a bit bloody cold

Back of Nowhere and Beyond

Haven't got a dryer

But it's not a drying day out there. Still too cold.

Oil filled radiator in the spare room and a load is dry in a couple hours!

Posh

But it in the dryer. Less hassle and quicker. But then again we get very cheap electric so I would say that

Thanks! That’s not necessarily a bad thing, how do I get them to blow over the road into the woman’s garden opposite though?

With the price of electricity now you don't want to be running a dryer.

Go and look at the meter when the dryer is running, it goes around faster than the fucking dryer.

Well I've got a washer/dryer. When it has washed and done its final spin cycle, if you want to dry them as well, it just chucks a load more water in there before it starts the drying cycle

Worthing

As long as it does not rain, any day can be drying day. Even cold ones...good to give them a cold, dry, air 'bathe'. If still damp at day end I put them on clothes 'horse' inside

It’s still much cheaper than gas though isn’t is ? So cheaper than using central heating

It’s not a drying day, I was going to put mine out then changed my mind, they are now on the warm air dryer, I don’t like clothes on the radiators

If the ground is dry, you're washing will dry.

But would take longer than the dryer.

Sunny here today, so hanging in the warm windows does the job.

I have a dryer but I hate using it. It's expensive and a waste of energy.

I've put my washing out today as the sun is shining.

I'd hate to have to go down to the coast and ask for all our washing back.

As usual, most things get hung apart from towels or bedding - In colder months they go in the dryer

It was quite a good drying day put mine out early as the sun was rising and it was steaming on the line in minutes took it in earlier and just needs a little bit of airing, better than all that moisture inside the house.

I line dried yesterday as there was good wind. It wasn’t bone dry but it won’t take long to dry on the airer

Driers ruin your clothes

I don't like driers, I've too many delicate dresses and such. Line drying is only for robust clothes and they are inside out to delay sun damage. Rest Is dried indoors with all windows wide open

It would have beena drying day here if it wasn't for:

a) The rain,

&

b) You'd have to chase your washing to Norn Irn to catch.

Good point re dryers , I don’t have many delicates but do a few things inside out like jeans but just don’t have much space inside at the moment.

Mine is still out. Such an effort to get it all back in again in one day I gave it a rub as I walked past it and it is mostly dry. Another day blowing around then will air it by a radiator for another day or so. I hate laundry.

My dryer broke last week first time in years I've been without one! No way I could've hung anything outside today though or it'd have been on the way to you! #BitBlowyOutThere!
