Don't you just hate this ?
You call a company, you get put in a queue listen to some scratchy music which normally would sound good but sounds shite when pumped down the narrow bandwidth of the telephone network, then to top it all some tart with a sicky sweet voice tells you how important your call is - 40 minutes after you've dialled the fucker 
Just rang o2 tonight and that's what happened, why don't they just put a 'beep' on the line every few minutes to let you know you are still connected instead of Mrs Sickly Sweet , who'sprobably pissing her knickers anyway cos she knows that I'm hanging on the end of a phone line while the call centre operators are sat on their arses eating bacon butties and drinking tea

o2 are wankers, they helped themselves to £100 out of my bank, after i went mad , they admitted fault and said i would get it back..... but it will take upto 28 days...
i went mad, told em to stick their contract up there arse cuz there all wankers
and yes, i did say that, cheeky fuckers really pissed me off |

We've not a bad word to say about 02, been with them for about 6 year now, and 12 month ish with broadband, always found their customer service top class, and this broadband is by far the best I have ever used.

It's in the companies interest to keep customer's on hold for as long as possible especially if it's an 0845 / 0870 number, dialling these numbers generate revenue for the companies, we prefer to use saynoto0870 1st  |

I was thinking that after i posted - esp when they keep you on hold for half hour.
I hate all these automated answer services too that dont even offer you an option that you want - and if you dont pick one it hangs up on you - so you have to ring back again

Errrrrm, well after a looooooooooooooooooooong day at me new job, forgot to put the slow cooker on this morning (well i put it on and set it but forgot to press GO) - so it was jam on toast for tea, and ready for bed!!!

Funny enough I was on hold today with orange for 40 minutes because so many people were wanting the iPhone... I asked can i have one, they said no... boo... have to wait till january to get mine...bloody contracts!!!! |
