Good morning lovely peeps,
It's finally the weekend! I hope you all have a great day, what are your plans?
Mr NBVN and I will be heading out for a 10 mile run this morning to complete our challenge for the month... its been such a commitment that I will be glad its over.
For those of you that are working over the weekend, I hope your shifts go well and that you get to rest and do something nice too.

Good morning Naughty. 10 miles of running? The idea of such a thing would fill me with pure dread .
Fair play to you for completing the challenge, what’s next?
My plan is some gentle exercise over the weekend, a massage later on today which I already know is gonna suck, and a lot of sleep. |

Just getting ready to go do my bounce class (can’t think of a good enough excuse to get out of it today). Then working this evening. Housework and parenting in between I guess.

It's not too far once you get used to it
What's next... I have completed this challenge with an injury and I need to help that recover. Yet I am booked on a marathon in March, I will probably drop out of it. Work on recovery and strength instead.
All the best for the massage later, I know they can be tough but so worth it. We have a physio massage us twice a month and I love seeing Mr NBVN jump in pain but it's never that funny when it's me...

Good morning. I have a few things to do today.
All the dog blankets/harnesses need washed. They rolled whilst out walking last night, they need a bath so may as well get everything cleaned at the same time. Then I've got to fill the cardboard bin, had a few things delivered from IKEA that I've built. The cardboard pile is bigger than how it started! How?! Bought more school uniform for the kids so I need to collect that and get them all labelled and hung up. Whilst I'm at it I'm going to sort the kids clothes and get rid of some stuff (do people still buy second hand bundles of clothes? Hmm I'm not on FB so I'll just send everything to my mums for her to sort )
Then not forgetting all of our laundry needs doing, bathroom cleaned (after the dogs have been bathed), and general house tidy/clean. Fun fun fun.  |
