Not wanting to complicate things but I have never quite got my head around where you actually measure them from ie above or below?
And isn't it the reverse of being asked how much alcohol you drink in a week? You always get tempted to over state size?
Plus don't get me started on girth measurements... some girth figures stated on fab just beggar belief... you could run a relay around some!
Plus I always hope to find people with very small hands that helps..!
