Depends on each individual, the sexiest part for me is often the nicest thing on them to stand out. Someone may have beautiful hands, someone else beautiful eyes and so on. Its never a fixed thing for me

Making it plain that they want me. When I say plain I mean really obvious, like a banner on the living room wall saying "fuck me" I'm not that great with subtlety.

Attitude - empowered and confident in a quiet way. In my experience that’s often signalled through a look in the eye, a way of holding yourself and generally being kind to others as they have nothing to prove. Sense of humour too, but that’s a very subjective one! |

It very much depends on the person and circumstances of meeting them but it can be any single one of these or all of them:
Eyes - striking, twinkly, pale usually
Smile - cheeky or genuine
Stature/body - shoulders or chest usually, height too
Voice - can't quantify this, I just 'know'
Wit - fast and sharp
Sense of humour - subjective but so important
