...phobia?
Anything weird or bizarre that you are frightened of?
(And no, a hatred of jaffa cakes does not count! )
For me, I'm frightened of going through carwashes on my own... (yes, in the car before someone says it!)
I HAVE to have someone else in the car with me otherwise I just can not face it, and even thinking about it, it starts to kick off a panicky feeling ...weird, irrational, but it is what it is.
Anyone else care to share?... failing that please can anyone jump in my car with me at my local car wash!

Driving somewhere I've not been before.
If we're going somewhere new I have to have someone else drive first. Once I've been a passenger on the route then I'm almost always fine to drive it next time.
Waking the dogs off lead, they're great off lead but I always doubt that the one time I need them to come back to me they won't. I've been getting better recently and walking them off lead alot more. I want a dog where they rarely need a lead. |

Yes! I was driving to Newcastle a few weeks ago, about 6pm so it was dark and there was a 5V accident infront of us plus a truck fire so we had to turn around and do a 5 mile detour down back roads. I'm a country driver so I actually didn't mind it too much but I was still a little stressed out |

The underneath of ships.
I can’t stand the thought of being next to a ship either in or out of water near its keel.
First realised when I was young and went to see the Cutty Sark, back when you could go down the steps to her rudder. I came over weird and nearly passed the fuck out. |

Oh my God, THIS!!! I was going to say the underneath of a ship, but left it. It’s terrifying. And those massive chains with the anchor attached.
Literally my worst fear is being in the water (or worse, under it) when a huge ship comes past. Unlikely to happen, but there you go |

To help, always take a tasty treat of high value, cheese, chicken, ham etc, regularly call them back purely for a wee morsel… that way they will come as they will think a tasty treat is on the cards. You can also mix it up with some kibble (if they get kibble) so they don’t just think that it will always be cheese, chicken or ham |

No phobia's and pretty much no fear, I've not encountered anything that scares me yet other than when on holiday I swam out further than my comfort zone and suddenly realised I'm in pretty deep water about 50m or so from shallow water, I wasn't scared just very aware that something could go horribly wrong and I was uneasy with the situation, I suppose I could say a fear of drowning then? |

I'm very nervous of going into pubs, restaurants, cafes where I can't see in. If I'm with a group, I will hang back. If I'm meeting someone I will ask to meet them outside (my friends know what a div I am). I pick places I've been to or that I can see directly through the windows. I avoid it so well that I can't remember why or how it feels. |
