Think he means who is a lover of a "buxom" woman, i.e someone who is plump, full figured with large breasts. 
Like to think buxom is the step up from curvy, but not large enough to be BBW. If so I tend to find women of this description the most physically attractive! Someone like Ashley Graham...gorgeous! |
