Does anyone else try to stay sleepy when you go to the loo in the middle of the night

System for me ......
Don't put any lights on.
Barely open eyes.
Feel the way around the walls.
Start talking inside head as soon as get up. ' I am going back to sleep. back to sleep, back to sleeeep'
( This keeps other thoughts out of my head so I don't start the day )
Don't flush ( no noise )
Sanitise hands while peeing- no water to wake me up
Back between warm sheets.
Breath deep and back to sleep |

Snap. I also keep the seat down so I can just sit down, then wiggle it about, before I stand up, so there are no drips.  |
