Just done a stupid and very painful thing injured groin and hamstring at footy sprayed deep heat on and it reached places not intended.
As result sensitive areas are now burning like hell cold shower pn affected areas not helping. |

Yeah Yeah....a similar thing happened to me when I was doing the vacuuming the other day....i slipped and the next thing i knew..... |
