Any suggestions for things to pack for a weekend spa and walking break? Tips, toiletries, snacks, drinks, etc? Thanks in advance!

Always happy to help!

Recently done a fitness test that involved a 5 mile walk over hills and county tracks, shoes with insoles, a light waterproof coat, some snacks and a blanket ????

I'm considering getting some of those hand warmers. I've seen them in home bargains.

A dink tastes better if you fill the flask with hot water only, cary coffee, tea milk separately. Just seems to work and taste better.
