The heated seats thread got me thinking about cars and I'm a nosey bitch so I'd like to know if your car has a name and what do you like about it?

Mine is CDTI Corsa called Colin, and the thing I like about Colin is the white dials that light up orange and the colour which is a bluey silvery grey

I have a Merc SL55 AMG called Silver Sceptre because it is silver and that is the name of my Dad's last submarine and it was the money he left in his will that I used to buy it.

Aww Fords are so reliable but yes, also boring... I usually look at the registration plate and make up a name from the letters, CNK so it was either Chonky or Colin

I know! Kids inheritance he reckons

Oh god yes! My Dad was a Ford mechanic and he travelled with the rally teams during the season so I grew up around Garages...

The year after I passed my test for my Birthday he bought me a Mk3 2.8i with a 666 numberplate. It was a lethal thing and yep, no traction control on such a long car was deadly but so much fun. Tested my driving skills for sure

Mine is called BJ - because he has BJ in his numberplate. BJ is a mature gentleman, once very refined but in need of a few little repairs and a good wash.

Her ladyship owns Mev who is a saucy minx and gets frisky when I drive her, particularly if I rub my finger in the little slot on her steering wheel. She is a lady of a certain age though and doesn't like hills or going fast though she enjoys letting her hair down and skipping around town. She rolls her eyes if I make rude jokes.

Mr
