"..in my Lycra, in the shed, on my bike with Zwift. Any other home gym enthusiasts have an ex recuse room or pain cave? Anyone use Peloton instead? "

I can’t do the whole working out at home nonsense….too many distractions from the sweet cupboard in the kitchen |

"I turned my garage into a gym, I still make excuses not to go though. "

Be careful wandering around in lycra, there's people round here who'd happily run you over for such a crime
My husband uses our shed for boxing and sparring occasionally. He has a punching bag hanging from the ceiling (useful tip - hook also handy for sex swings).
I'm more of a laze around on my bum or make cakes kinda person |
