I've been in some form of customer service my whole career. I feel your pain. Have a cup of tea and five minutes fresh air if you can.
When I worked in an sector where customers are known to be particularly complain-y, the rude ones used to be my specialty. My colleagues used to pass them on to me so I could use my special set of skills. More often than not, it would end with them thanking me and guiltily apologising. If it made them think twice next time, great.
