Where is yours?

Where is one place that you go that calms your mind, makes you feel relaxed....makes you happy? xx

Being inside a warm and wet vagina. Nothing compares to it! Definitely makes me happy just thinking about it is making me happy right now

On coast, but along the top of the cliff rather than on the beach. Watching the waves, the sunset or the sunrise.

Yes, as long as there is somewhere to sit as don't fancy standing for 9 hours

There a bench at the top of ours. Sitting on the floor is just as good though

Preston

Alone, walking/jogging through the darkness on the country trails.

Some dark house plying through my skull.

It’s not really a happy place but does give some respite from the norm.

Sounds just fine. I was worried I might have to bring one of those collapsible little seats that my aunt used to carry with her everywhere.

Quiet woods, anywhere will do.

If I could pick anywhere in the world - the Arts and Crafts house Blackwell, in the Lake District.

"At this moment in my life. Going to the gym is my happy place when I’m not at home. "

Never thought I'd say this but I agree.. or out doing some form of exercise. Really helps focus my mind away from the problems I may have or be suffering from.

The gym. If I’ve had a bad day I can go there, be alone with my music and release some anger/stress and i feel like a new man after.

Running up the Malverns. Quiet, peaceful and often no other soul in sight. Just good for the mind and body.

There's a Wetlands centre near me called Slimbridge.

I find it really relaxing & calming, wandering around with my camera, listening to all the bird sounds etc.

On a swing seat, on the roof, next to the pool, with a kindle, in my buddies smugglers, at the family holiday place.

Or, the top of any large hill that I just blew my lungs threw my arse in order to get to it 5 seconds faster than my bro

For us it's Kenya. We lived out there for a year helping manage a wildlife conservancy, living in a mud hut with no electricity or hot water (unless you lit a fire). It's where we both felt complete peace and happiness - bliss x

Forestry walks near me or a beach. I also have a fondness for walking around St Fagans National Museum of History, I find the different Olde Worlde smells comforting (hard to explain unless you’ve been there).

Otherwise just being on the coast, watching the tide and listening to the waves.

Good one. The Impressionist gallery at Kelvingrove is nice like that.

Every been to see the Monet Waterlillies at L'Orangerie in Paris? Heaven on earth doesn't come close.

IRLANDA. / Prague. / Cil Dara

Up in the mountains in late Oct /November trying to pic a new born deer with mother,, cold but peaceful and challenging, then back to camp for a ribeye and sip whiskey till bed time,, a total recharge of the batteries.

That or between the warm glow of some serious double DDs, I'm equally happy in both places.
