"Like YES! Even to just function I normally have 3-4 coffees per morning. I tried to cut down to 2 but yeah, that didn’t last long… "
Just have 2 bigger ones |

"Not coffee, but I do like a tea in the morning. However the exception was today when my daughter puked everywhere "
I've had that. Just running on caffeine and adrenaline to get through.. |

"Like YES! Even to just function I normally have 3-4 coffees per morning. I tried to cut down to 2 but yeah, that didn’t last long… " That sounds good and yes, same here. I also need about the same kind of cups a day, 2 to 3 |

"Also Lavazza is a good choice ! Do you do your own with a proper moka?" Yes I do and I like the richness from it. it is in powder form, so I heat up the water first and before I pour the water in the aero press I put the coffee there, how do you do it? |

Yes, im on my forth cup this morning.
It's probably all psychological but I feel I don't get moving without it. I've gone mornings without it and I'm not as productive. I've the same relationship with crack, but that's a different story. |

"Absolutely. Can’t function without it. And not a good morning here as my coffee machine won’t work " That is bad luck. I hope that it get fixed soon, so you can have your cup of coffee too |

Today yes I will be but generally less of a caffeine fan these days. Don’t like the idea of taking anything which has an effect of increasing cortisol levels if you lead a stressful life already.
Tell myself to take a chill pill instead. No I don’t mean magic mushrooms or anything similar… |

I find coffee puts me to sleep and makes me tired. I have teas instead! To be honest i drink a large cup of water first thing in the morning. I find without 3L+ water in a day, I get bad headaches. |

First one is always tea (unless on holiday away when is always coffee) , then at least one coffee and either coffee or tea as I feel like after that. Trying to drink more juice or water rather than tea or coffee though whenever I can and avoiding any juice with added sugar. I used to drink water only but got into bad habits lately. |

I don't have to have it but I enjoy it. I love coffee but I try not to have caffeine in the day so I drink it earlier in the day and move to decaf or caffeine-free teas later.
Since becoming a Nespresso snob, though, I can squeak a coffee in later too if I fancy it. Their caffeine-free pods taste exactly the same as the regular version, if not better. |

Ofcourse it only makes sense to have a cup of coffee before letting my neighbour’s gf into my house after he leaves for work and send her back home sore and knackered after a couple of hours….yes coffee is needed. |

If I’m at home I will take the time to make a proper coffee and have two or three.
If I’m at work I drink fruit tea like it is going out of fashion. I used to drink far too much coffee there so have it up. |

"Decaff latté! Caffeine fucks me up in so many ways it's not worth it. I have M.E so could definitely do with the pick me up. "
I feel you.
Caffeine absolutely set in motion triggers that don’t help with my M.E. But the boost would be a nice help. |

I’ve recently switched out my morning coffee for a tea and have been doing so for a few weeks now and feel so much better. I used to get headaches from the coffee and tea I think sits better on your stomach. |

For the longest time, yes. Then a certain someone converted me to the way Brits drink tea and it's become my go to beverage. Saves me three sugars with every coffee |

No coffee, i have lots of water.
Sometimes later on i'll have decaf coffee, occasionally tea. Caffeine makes me ill. Plus i don't like nor need stimulants ever. |
