It comes and goes to be honest, some days are fine, but on others it takes me what seems to be half an hour to put ma socks on (maybe a slight exaggeration there), I've suffered from psoriasis since I was 28, but the arthritis thing only kicked in about 8 years ago |

OK, my arthritis predates the psoriasis by about 10 years. |

"I find Turmeric with Black Pepper effective when taken regularly. I don't get flare-ups, but I'd be tempted to try CBD if I did."
I've been taking curcumin for years, no longer seems to be as effective |
