May not quite be the same but my immediate action drill for a flare up of gout is take it easy and smash cup loads of nettle tea.

I suffer from psoriatic arthritis, plenty of fluid helps me along with long walks, and some tramadol

I was offered multiple pain killers and as much as I’ll get judged for it 420 has been better than any of them

It comes and goes to be honest, some days are fine, but on others it takes me what seems to be half an hour to put ma socks on (maybe a slight exaggeration there), I've suffered from psoriasis since I was 28, but the arthritis thing only kicked in about 8 years ago

OK, my arthritis predates the psoriasis by about 10 years.

I find Turmeric with Black Pepper effective when taken regularly. I don't get flare-ups, but I'd be tempted to try CBD if I did.

I've been taking curcumin for years, no longer seems to be as effective
