No-one seems to have anything before the late 70s, apart from Motown which is great but not rock. And a lot of people who seem to think any singalone chorus is a ballad. :/
For me, I like power ballads.

Ah, the title just says “ballads”. Can see now the OP states “rock ballads” in the first post - didn’t notice when I put down soul tunes.
Maybe we need to do one for non-rock ballads. Some amazing ballads in soul and jazz etc. |
