Well we may still be in the grip of a global pandemic, on the verge of World War 3 in Ukraine, and inflation at its highest level for 30 years, but on the plus side it’s almost Spring and soon the likkle baa-lambs will be frolicking through the fields once more!
Do you have anything coming up you’re looking forwards to? The warm weather? A wedding? A nice holiday? That twat at work finally retiring?
Tell us all about it Fabsters! |

A few weddings this year which means nights away in hotels CHILDFREE.
I'm also excited about summer. I miss my long coastal walks after work and winding down. I want the garden not to be a mud pit. I want to sunbathe. I want to get the pool out for the kids. |

Weddings are nice! I’m at that age they’re all done and rarely go to any now. Warm Summer evenings can’t come quick enough, not that I want to wish my life away! |

Looking forward to the youngest starting school in September. I don't want to wish any life away but it'll make life so much easier with all three in one place. Plus then we'll have the possibility of adult time during school hours |

And you have to drink you tea out of little teacups with your little finger pointing out. A little bit of luxury is nice every now and then! |

I’ve got quite an exciting year ahead, a wedding where I’m best woman and undoubtedly going to get a little sloshed. A weekend away with some friends. Camping in Switzerland, a festival and hopefully some little breaks with friends |

Hoping to see my dad at some point this year. Should have seen him Sunday, and I allowed myself to get excited which was mistake, but its a blessing it fell through as I've got rona.
Got tickets to see Placebo in December with my son.
It's dreary not getting excited or looking forward to things, but it almost feel a necessary layer of protection as disappoiment, especially when you don't do much at all can be brutal. |

Weekend with school friends, it’s been way too long since our last catch up, coming up for 4 years.
Concert in April that’s been postponed for the last two years.
Group socials in February and April

Somewhere in there I best find a new job

You've reminded me - also got a biggish tattoo planned that I'm hoping I can get this year. It's with a particular local artist and his waiting list is astronomical. |

Ahh been great having a browse through and seeing some lovely things everyone is looking forwards to! It’s easy to forget when times are tough that life can still bring lots of joy!
It’s the Coppers Hill Cheese Rolling Race on Spring Bank Holiday, always a highlight of my cheese-fancying year!
Do your best, Putin, but you won’t ruin my fermented dairy fun! |
