I watched the first 2 just after losing a close friend and my pops, which was so surreal. But parts of the 3rd were so right especially the ending.

Absolutely brilliant loved it all the way through, it’s a shame there won’t be anymore but there is only so far you can go with a program like that. Tears laughter and some cringing in places but so worth a watch!!

I really like the way he writes, like with Derek. Very unique blend of real life, fiction, tackles important issues, challenging & thought provoking but hilarious too. Everyone can relate to the characters, which is scary in itself! |

Never been a fan of Gervaise or his brand of 'comedy", but Derek and After Life are outstanding shows. Half way through S3, some great moments, the interview with the swinger couple was hilarious. |
