I hate the term ‘dad bod’. Dad’s come in all shapes and sizes and plenty of men have what’s considered a Dad bod but aren’t actually a Dad. My own Father is really young looking and gym fit. I just find the term odd!

I go to the gym, but different women prefer different things.
Go to the gym, don’t go to the gym.
The decision should be for your mental and physical health, not to fill a bit of pie. |
