A resent conversation with a friend and she asked me if I could feel when a guy cums inside me. Apparently she she can't feel it with the guy she is with now and is convinced he is faking Cumming. Maybe his tubes are blocked or he has only one active testicle or the prostrate is only producing a small amount of fluid. I'm sure there are a number of medical reasons why he may get an orgasm but produce minimal or no ejaculate |

Does it matter?
He may have difficulty cumming, and be embarrassed to tell her.
There is a lot of stigma around cumming for men and plenty of women get upset when they he can't, despite it being quite well known that not all women cum easily. |

It could be that he's just cumming in small amounts, it could also be that he has difficulty ejaculating sometimes, and fakes it so that she doesn't feel self-conscious about not making him cum. I've fake a few orgasms in my time, and my ex's didn't seem to notice the difference. At least, they didn't act any differently than normal. |

I have an enlarged prostate which was stopping me from emptying my bladder but I was able to cum.

One of the tablets stops the sperm from ejaculating.
