What must you do every morning before leaving the house

Inspired by the thread on what you do without fail before going sleep, what must you do in the morning before leaving the house, and you’d never leave the house if you haven’t no matter how late you are running?
For me it has to be brush teeth, shower and then at the minimum a cup of tea (ideally breakfast but I can leave that if running late). |

Make brews for 3 people (Yorkshire tea)
Microwave some porridge
Feed cat and dog
Empty the dishwasher
Take dog for a walk (whilst drinking said brew)
Come back, eat porridge, maybe make a pack up if mrs hasn’t already done it
Brush teeth, “go to the toilet”, make a wife and I a coffee to go, kiss wife, tell everyone I love them and wish them all a good day! Get in the van! Every working day, and it all takes about an hour and a half!  |
