I'll break my fast later today, when I'm hungry and it will be with a couple of steaks, or bacon and eggs or whatever other carviore delight I have in the fridge.

All washed down with a mug of coffee and cream.

Today I used up my daughter's "must have or my life is ruined", crunchy nut chocolate oatflake things which had been untouched since October onwards. I had to check if I wasn't eating a part of the box, it tasted so bland.

What I call a hammy,eggy, cheesy topside.

Bottom to top. Bacon, fried egg soft yolk then cheese. Sprinkled with small diced mushrooms.

Usually in a toasted muffin, sometimes on top of fried bread.
