Basically the stronger your pelvic floor the less you have to do!!! So yes, keep gripping them and releasing them and after a couple of weeks it will be much easier keep them in...practise makes perect!!! I can have a smile all day with mine  |

I got some, but they didn't do anything for me even when taken on drive over bumps etc.It felt like my womb was falling out, very strange feeling... Sorry but it did, think i would like to go for the remote control ones they seem far better....  (Perky) |
