I get confused what all the different massage techniques they there are.
I don't understand how hot stone massage can be enjoyable or the benefit of ? |

The only bit I didn’t like was the back of my legs. That was just painful and it didn’t feel any better after. I loved every second of my back being massaged though. |

What's all this about pain?! Massages aren't supposed to be painful. With a bit of communication you find the right level of pressure and also work slowly and broadly over sore areas. |
