A cliff walk with himself...fresh air, the sound of the sea crashing on the rocks below, stunning scenery, the pleasurable thigh burn in my legs, fantastic company, the gulls gliding overhead....sure beats this spreadsheet I'm currently staring at |

seems to be an endangered past time here lately
my need for 8 hours a night pain free no nightmares quality kip has somewhat alluded me.

Jump in the car, with hubbs and our Pug, and drive back up to the Lakes to the cottage we are going to be staying in. 5 weeks is too long to wait to get back into the fells and mountains xxxxx Suzi |

Our baby daughter would have been 38 .....10 days ago. Many a time I have wanted to join her to hug n kiss her. She only lived for 9 weeks. Babies shouldn't go asleep and never wake up Suzi |

Go to the coast with my husband, watch and listen to the waves to clear my head. Then sit in a cosy hotel bar with an open fire, with a glass or 2 of red, then head to the hotel restaurant and have a 3 course meal with a bottle of red. Then head up to bed together for sex, cuddles and sleep. |

We did that on Sunday, had a glass of wine by the lake, watched the sunset and I had happy tears, it's so nice to get back up that way. It really cleared my head. |
