...cups of tea and/or coffee do you drink a day?
I usually have 3 or 4 before mid-day and a couple in the afternoon. I try not have any after 4pm.
Converted to decaf 6 months ago - saves me visiting the WC after every cup... |

I'm on my second pint of coffee now. So technically I've had about 3 so far this morning.
I got up late. Must catch up 
I usually have about 9 of these mugs a day when I'm at home. At least.

1 coffee a day at 11pm. Sometimes a second one at 3pm but tea on the weekends. I also have camomile tea at night to help me sleep.
I love coffee but don't like to rely too much on it to get me through the day  |

Usually make 3-4 a day for myself but do have more if someone offers though. It can't be shite tea though only twinings strong, dont like them 1 dip 2 stir cuppas  |
