Happy MLK day (for us Americans),

It’s a day that usually gets treated as an afterthought but I’d like to encourage y’all to use it as a moment of reflection. I enjoy appreciating the strides we’ve made in equality personally, while seeing the issues we still had to work out amongst each other.

If nothing else, spread peace and love today as will all others!

We’ll thank ya and I agree. The man was remarkable, but the overall ideas he’s come to represent are even more so.

In a period so hyper focused on race and nationality, it’s good to have occasionally moments of unity and reflection.

I didn't know that there was a day to celebrate and commemorate MLK! Ground breaker and on lives his legacy
