Serious one from me 
 Eco products. Do you use any? Have you made switches? Do you want to?
I've made a few changes, mainly to reduce plastic use and buy local from small businesses. Hoping to do more this year and reduce my plastic use further.
I'll list mine below:
Soap/shampoo/conditioner bars
Plastic free tea bags
Cloths rather than wipes
Make bread instead of buy
Menstrual cup
Metal/silicone reusable straws
Reusable cups/cafe cups
Local veg
Local meat
If shopping at the supermarket - buy loose/from the UK.
Maybe it'll be helpful for those that do use eco products to share your swaps?  |

It's massively time consuming and heat consuming.
How is it eco ?"
Eco friendly - not necessarily eco regarding time. Rather than buying bread in plastic packaging, or having to drive to the shops when you've ran out of bread. |

I knew the time wasn't eco but I don't think the saving of one plastic bag outweights the amount of gas I spend proving , warming the oven and baking .....
Must be more eco to switch to bread in non plastic wrappers.
I rarely drive to the shops. I walk but I get that those with families or who live far away can't do that.
I'm going to think about what I do do that's regarded as eco.

Seems so......
I won't buy coffee out ..... cept at Wetherspoons and they use re-useable cups. |

There are many farms here where I live so I buy from the farm shops.
I’ve been using re useable products for a while now for cleaning. I have those things that you put in the toilet tank to save water when flushing. I hardly ever have the heating on.

I tried using the a shampoo bar but it didn’t suit my hair, I have gone back to my previous brand of shampoo but a different variety. I still use the shampoo bar on the skin under my boobs as I suffer from “intertrigo” (sweaty rash) and this has completely done away with it. I also have a friend who gets the same, & she also uses the bar with the same results.

We use most of those apart from meat. My wife used a menstrual cup for a while but kept getting cystitis.
Black African soap is nice.
We recycle clothes and maybe about half our clothes are secondhand.
Our camper is solar powered which is satisfying when we charge stuff up with it. Obviously it burns diesel too so not entirely eco!
Sourdough bread only takes 35 mins in the oven. I'd say that's a pretty good alternative to store bought  |

Milk, cheese and eggs from the farm shop
Avoid plastic packaging so buy my fruit and veg loose
Eco cleaning products
Meat from the butchers
Walk when I can

My line of work is within ECO transportation, its a very big part of my life.
All food is plastic free and local free range/organic, anything else i only buy the product if the packaging is recyclable.
I have heatsource pump in my home that scavenges heat and recycles it to produce heating.
Everything i introduce into my life i really go indepth to make sure its enviro friendly.  |
