Are you doing a Sunday roast or something else? I made a mousaka last night to be cooked in the oven later after I finish the bechamel. I followed a good recipe I was given by a local restaurant few years back and its amazing. Nothing like the stuff you buy in supermarkets. It does take a bit of effort but nothing too difficult. I will put the recipe in the 'Favourite recipe' thread at some point. |

My daughter is home for the first time in weeks as she had covid so had to stay with her boyfriend until clear so I’m making us a nice roast beef dinner  |

Recipe now on the 'Favourite recipe' thread as promised for anyone who wants to try it sometime. Takes a bit of time but is delicious and can make the meat or veg version. Enjoy |
