Just sat outside looking at the moon. It's cloudy where I am and the moon looks closer than the clouds.
Two choices.
1, Run for the hills, we're doomed.
2, I'm crazy. |

Haha! You are crazy! 
The moon is beautiful however I can never sleep on a full moon, it always keeps me awake! Always been same since I was a child. |

It's amazing when light pollution is at its minimum how many stars are actually in the sky. I've never witnessed this in the UK. |

I have also seen this. The Moon looks so much closer than it actually is, last night I was sat looking at how much the full Moon was lighting up the clear frosty sky, amazing how we can see the craters on the Moon... |

It was quite surreal but apparently happens every 28 days.
It reminded me of earlier in September when I was on the north west coast in Scotland. Following a recent rain shower the sun was setting in a now mostly clear sky, and looking west the sun was low in a darkening sky over the sea, whilst it lit the ground to the north all golden, with a huge rainbow over the hills. It was quite spectacular to see that all in one panorama. I got pictures and video but it doesn't do it justice. Nature can be so amazing, |
