It very much depends on your reasons for concern?
What does it matter if you know them well, they’re on here too.

No, it’s not something we worry about. If it turns out to be someone we know, we’ll laugh it off. If they’re on here, it’s for the same thing so discretion from them shouldn’t be an issue ideally. |

Obviously if they have face pics on their profile it's not an issue...."
I read this idea often. Why does it matter that they 'see' you if they don't have a pic BUT it's okay if they 'see' you if they DO have a pic ?
What's the thinking behind that ? |

I got nothing to hide other then my privacy. Some people can be care free about who knows, others like me whos work would be seriously affected need to be careful. |

So if your bin man has a face pic he can know you are on here cos he won't tell on policemen or teachers but he would tell if he didn't have a face pic ?

I am not in any kind of relationship. Though my family/friends don't know about me being here, it's not the end of the world if someone knows through fab. After all, they are also here. |

This bothers me too, not so much in case it’s someone I know but more because there’s so many nutcases that want to take advantage of others. I’m quite well known in my local area and I’m sure someone would use my photo against me. |
