"Kids on the lips would probably be frowned upon…
Doh. Sorry I just woke up. Crazy you can't edit."
I think we all know what you mean though.
I still kiss my youngest on the lips, my wife and then only the occasional girlfriend when making sweet loving.
I’m a cheek/ forehead kisser with most of the other family and friends I’m close too. |

I sort of peck on the lips anyone that “goes for it”.
It’s a very British thing I feel , I remember moving to the U.K. as a young girl / woman and thinking everyone , well mostly men , people I barely knew, were perverts for aiming for my lips when I was offering a cheek.
I also found it odd that total strangers, shopkeepers etc would call me darling , love etc, I didn’t really speak any English and neither of those things happened in my birth country and it was quite a culture chock.
As you probably can tell I took to it like a duck to water and I’ve turned out to be quite a snogger |

"I don't judge anyone who kiss their kids on the lips. I just don't. I asked the question because I was watching an episode of friends and they all kissed each other in the lips. Seemed odd to me."
Honestly, if someone has a problem with a parent kissing their own child on the lips it says a lot more about them than it does about the parent. |

Absolutely I think it depends on family tradition. Neither is right or wrong. |

We kiss each other on the lips
We kiss our children on the lips
It's not the same kind of kiss
I do cheek kisses with those friends who come from cultures where that's the norm/expected. I have friends who don't 'do' cheek kisses and that's also fine. |

"See there is a big hoo-ha about David Beckham kissing his kids on the lips again ... don't see the issue myself."
Same here. What the hell is wrong with people that they're sexualising a dad kissing his 10 year old. It's not like he's snogging her. |

I kiss my two little ones on the lips, not the bigger ones as they won’t even let me hug them now
My little ones are 5 and 8.
I’d obviously kiss a partner and my friends get kissed and loved whether they like it or not.
Oh and I kiss my dogs, don’t care what opinions people have on that |

Aww my littles (5&7) get so upset if I forget to give them a kiss when I pick them up after school. We don't even make it to the gates until they tell me I've forgotten! So sweet.
My husband and my best friend always does a kiss on the cheek thing so I do that to be polite. |
