Winding up a bunch of Chelsea fans after Liverpool has just stuffed them.

Seriously, Pea and cabbage smoothie. It's not so much the drinking of it. It's whether or not it will stay down.

I’d be more worried about what happens if it DOES stay down.

Dried fruit in general. You eat more than fresh because it's smaller and easier to eat.

lots of stuff on the supermarket shelves, ready meals ,tins, yoghurts etc

look at the sugar content on everything which i think they add to prolong shelf life and disguise other ingredients that taste yuk.

sugar drags you down, can stop you sleeping etc etc

recently watched a documentary where a doctor used himself to test badness of sugar so lived on the above, he wasnt in great health after less than a week

cheshire and north wales

Products labelled as organic. In UK and EU any composite foods to be labelled as organic, at least 95% of the ingredients must come from organically produced plants or animals. That means 5 percent isn’t organic..

Right exactly, there must be something positive with the endorphins released through enjoyment of cake eating
