OK not really anything fab but 19yrs ago today my life completely changed path to anything I was expecting from it. I was 21 4 months pregnant it was unplanned hadn't been together More than 6 mths

sadly I misscarried on this day 19yrs ago not looking for condolences or anything but just to say any loss no matter what can still hurt this far on

I've only just lost my old man in October just before my birthday.

Its so hard for anyone to lose someone I feel for you I truly do.

Its upsetting more when it's kids because he had a good full life and they didn't.

It’s hard to cope us with such a loss! Even after 19 years I can tell it he memories are afresh! Many hugs and strength to you!

I lost my son when he was 3 years old, it was a fair time ago now but it still hurts when the memories sneak up on me at times, I dont think it ever stops hurting just gets a little easier to deal with as time goes on
