I woke up a few minutes ago, went to out some porridge in the slow cooker for a couple of hours and came back to bed, I will reluctantly drag myself out finally when it’s ready. Does that answer the question? |

Usually my bladder yells at me so I'm up.
Not really a morning person but there is a lot to do first thing because of the farm and the real fires etc.
I get up early for work, up at 4am, a few days a week. I don't particularly enjoy that but I'm OK once I'm going and I get peace as no one else is up. Just me and the dog |

I love the thought of being a farmer & being out early when it’s peaceful but I realise the hard work of it all |

Do you not feel worse with that constant 7 minute broken snooze? |

Oh sounds joys
It’s honestly not. But neither is colonic irrigation so could be worse. "

On a week day I usually wake before my alarm and get up as soon as it goes off. I get straight in the shower and that wakes me up.
On a weekend I do like to relax in bed. Have a bit of a play, perv on here or doze. I do love my bed and I’m in no rush to leave it, like now.
Kx |

I don't have a problem to get up as soon as my alarm goes off on weekdays, with no snoozing. However, at the weekend I tend to stay in bed for hours after I wake up. It's just really comfy
LvM is a serial snoozer and it sometimes boils my blood if I don't need to get up as early as he does.

It's not dairy here so not too early, usually about 6am.
We rear bought in calves so they get fed twice a day, it's nice though.
I like the stillness of an early morning. Just me and the dog. |

Alarm goes off, I hit snooze, then snooze again, then lie thinking I need to get up, usually leave it too late and end up running around like a blue arsed fly.
My husband on the other hand is often awake and up before his alarm goes off, and with a smile on his face, whereas I'm a grumpy mare until I've had a morning coffee. |

"It's hard to get moving for me - painkillers need to kick in atm. I am not a morning person!
Hopefully not for something too serious …"
Chronic, but looking into alternatives so one day I may bounce out of bed! |

There’s a lot to be said about waking naturally rather than to an alarm |

I’m a snoozer. Very much a night owl, and have always found it easier to keep going than to get started. I loathe getting up. My work involves shifts though, so every other week I’m up to be at work for 04:00… grim. |

Usually takes a while for me to move in the morning as I rarely wake up refreshed; often tired still and not wanting to get up.
It’s necessary on weekdays however to make sure the house is tidy and my daughter is ready for school. |
