Early bird or night owl?

I'm neither. I love a lie in along with an early night. I probably prefer staying up later to catch up on TV or ground myself from a busy day before bed though.

Varies but on the whole more of an early bird than a night owl these days. A bit of a struggle though to pack enough quality sleep in between most of the time.

If it wasn't for work I'd probably be nocturnal.

I’m both, I usually get very little sleep. But this year so far I’ve been making myself go to sleep by ten. It feels nice to sleep

Night owl 100%, I've always hated getting up, though on the odd occasion that I get up mega early I do get a real sense of satisfaction from it. During lockdown 2 I had to isolate, so I got up at 5 and went for a jog in the countryside each morning and back home for 7 (before normal people are on the go!), it was great as I couldn't go out at any other time so it kept me sane!

Isn’t it weird that everyone who posted before 8 is pretty much and early bird

Ironic I think not

It depends what people class as early. 7-8 is pretty standard for me. I've got school aged kids. Whereas 5-6 would be early

I'd say up before 6 is early. Getting up now is late!

Neither. Like the op, I like a lay in and an early night.
