8PM: Tired.
10PM: Really tired.
12AM: Falling asleep...
1AM: HEYOOOOO PARTY TIMEEEEE!!
2AM: LET'S PUMP SOME FUCKING IRON.
3.30AM: Time to make a 5 year plan, enrol in career changing courses, apply for a mortgage, freeze my eggs, meal prep, change my tyres, file my bank statements in reverse alphabetical order.
9AM: Why the fuck am I so dead...

Magnesium glycinate capsules are excellent for aiding sleep. They're a relaxant. |
