When you can’t sleep

For whatever reason, what method do you use?

I’m trying to control the urge not to fap even though my duvet is like a tent right now. So what methods do you use to take your mind off it?

Sounds weird I know, but not wanking seems to energise you more, although it’s pretty damn hard not to do it.

In these sorts of scenarios I'd send a photo to make that tent go away but I think you need to actually let it free

Secondly, podcasts. Hypn0sis podcasts especially

Hi Beardless. I went a few years without sleeping well. I tried alcohol, sleeping pills. Mixing them. Didn't really help.

I started not caring if I slept. I would go to bed to listen to an audio book. Gradually going to bed started feeling like a positive experience because I'd be looking forward to listening to my book.

After I stopped feeling up tight about it I relaxed enough to sleep. Now it's rare I don't sleep well.

Before audiobooks I found helpful but sometimes it stimulated me.

You're welcome. BBC sounds app has some free ones. The case of Charles dexter ward was good. It's an old book that got turned into a podcast set in modern times.
