Zac Efron had a dad bod in a Netflix show about a year and a half ago.
Google “Zac Efron dad bod” - that’s the perfect description of what most girls mean when they say “dad bod”.

I think Dad bod is the semi muscular with a tum kind of style… not fat, not athletic but the epitome of a man who just can’t be arsed due to the fact his kids have sucked the life out of him to even bother
