I had the look between 17 and early 20s.

Recently rewatched The Stray Cats on YouTube. Yes they were cool as fuck!

They pretty much started the 80s revival.

Before that we had Teddy Boys but not rockabilly or physcoblly.

As a teen in the 1980s, I was a rockabilly/Teddy girl. I used to have my hair in a kinda quiff, scraped back into a pony tail. Dressed in drindle (circular /"swing" skirts/dresses with full petticoats
