History. Sad innit......
oooooh noooooooooo thats a fabulous anorak to wear. Any particular part?"
Interested in most bits, but mainly Roman or Tudor. Hate all the WW2 crap on Discovery though - boring boring boring... Had a drink with Phil Harding off Time Team one night as a result of being into it. Decent bloke and exactly as he is on the telly. And he bought a round too - so good evening all round

Good meaty bits of history there.....i confess to liking the stuff about all wars....But them there Romans were clever buggers. "
Ever been to Rome? Took Perky there about 2 yrs ago and she hasn't stopped going on about it since! Comes alive when you see it all for real. In a lot of ways, the Romans and the Tudors were very similar - it just took us lot over 1000 years to catch up!
