I usually have the ASOS free delivery too. Haven't bothered renewing this time as I hardly order from there anymore. |

Everything on Amazon prime is free next day delivery and returns were free but
Sorry to hear your order wasn't suitable or there is a problem with it.
PLEASE NOTE: Sometime from the 5th July 2021 onwards Amazon have announced they will start issuing pre-paid Royal Mail or Hermes return labels for all orders "....to improve customers buying experience every time they shop or return an item on Amazon". Amazon's system automatically decides which label to issue. The buyer & seller have no control over this nor can it be overridden.
Amazon only issue one flat rate PARCEL return label which covers everything, RM 0-2kg, Hermes 0-15kg. Amazon doesn't issue cheaper Large Letter rate return labels. Please be aware the cost of these pre-paid labels are £3.87 (including VAT & Amazon's fees). As per Amazon's T&C's this cost is deducted from the refund issued when a return is received & processed if there is no seller fault. So for example if your order was £10 a refund of £6.13 would be issued. |

Think it’s worth it as 2 orders a year and it’s all ready payed for it’s self |
